Matt Helfer
CEO & CTO
I draw upon my own extensive background with the Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration, Catapult Systems, and Apple to make advanced IT services both innovative and accessible. As the CEO of NexGenX, I focus on delivering HIPAA-compliant cloud solutions for the medical field and custom offline AI systems for organizations seeking to maintain strict data sovereignty.
Bass Moore
CFO
Bass ensures our financial strategies align with our growth objectives. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002, discovered his love for finance in Helmand Province Afghanistan, then studied at San Diego State for his Masters in Business Administration Finance and Tax Planning. He's been CFO of a small real estate company since 2012.
Audrey Young
COO
Audrey orchestrates our operations to deliver seamless service to our clients. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, started as a Headhunter at a boutique firm partnering with PE & VC firms, then served as COO of a healthcare company for a decade, growing them to have multiple exit offers.
Robert Helfer
Managing Partner - Oregon Branch
Robert is a Managing Partner and IT Specialist in our Oregon office with 15 years of experience. He managed IT systems for Guild Mortgage (one of the leading independent mortgage lenders in the US) and Acumed (a renowned leader in medical devices). He focuses on providing comprehensive IT services, from cloud-based solutions to data security measures.
